MEMBERSHIP
The MFA welcomes all families with at least one child (under age 8) who live in Maynard or a surrounding town. Expectant parents are also welcome to join.
Dues
Annual dues are $20 per family. Members receive free admission to most MFA events, yearly newsletters, and monthly e-mail updates about events and relevant community news. Memberships follow the calendar year and expire annually on December 31st.
How to join
We are pleased to offer two ways of joining the MFA.
If you would like to join online, we offer payment through Paypal. Please note that for this option there is an additional $1 processing fee, bringing the total to $21. The hold-harmless agreement is required by our liability insurance, and we must get a new one from you every year. If you renew online, we'll ask you to sign it at the first event you attend for the year. Join now!
To join through the mail, please print the membership form and accompanying hold-harmless agreement (2-page PDF document). Fill out and sign both documents, and mail them with a check for $20, payable to the Maynard Family Association, to:

Hardship
The MFA offers complimentary membership to Maynard families for whom the annual dues constitute a financial hardship. If this applies to you, simply write "hardship" on your completed membership form before you mail it in. This information is kept confidential.
